Cook up a future on the catering course

Eddie's work in partnership with St Johns College, Cambridge and Huntingdon Regional College to provide tailored learning in a professional work environment.

Our supported learning programme offers young people with learning difficulties aged 18 - 25 the chance to gain an accredited qualification in hospitality and catering.

Learners receive support to develop numeracy, literacy and social skills. The programme is three days a week for 38 weeks.

C&H2C&H3

Prospective learners receive support from highly qualified and experienced tutors who are committed to delivering a positive and rewarding learning experience using the most up-to-date catering resources and equipment in an inspiring venue.

C&HC&H4

  • Learners have the opportunity to train in the kitchens, formal dining rooms and the Students Cafe at St Johns College, Cambridge.
  • Delivery of programmes that enable learners to gain a range of transferable skills and improve confidence.
  • We have developed close links with a variety of catering and hospitality facilities and offer work experience opportunities to all our learners.
  • Learners have the opportunity to progress onto a higher level qualification or paid / voluntary work.
